Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Events by SET website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event will forfeit the entire deposit. The final payment is non-refundable once paid.

4. Event Changes

Date and venue changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. We require at least 30 days notice for any changes to event details. Changes within 30 days of the event may not be possible.

5. Services Provided

Events by SET will provide professional DJ and event production services as outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to substitute equipment or personnel of equal or greater quality if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information, adequate power supply, safe working conditions, parking/loading access, and meal provisions for extended events. Any venue-specific requirements must be communicated in advance.

7. Liability

Events by SET carries comprehensive liability insurance. We are not responsible for damages caused by venue conditions, third parties, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue closures, or other acts of God.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Events by SET and protected by copyright law. Events by SET retains the right to use photos and videos from your event for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
